We rank our phones on the basis of standard industry practices – so A through C. We also built a systematic protocol for our crew to maintain the highest degree of accuracy so that our clients will be certain that when they hear the phone is Grade B – it will be in a predictable state.
Below are the definitions for each grade.

It’s important to remember that all of our phones are entirely functional versions and do not have missing pieces or defective screens. But Grading just is about how the system looks and sounds.

Our procedure involves washing the handset and deleting all potential material for every user.

Grade A

Although evidently, the product used, the handset would be in outstanding cosmetic condition. The front and rear housing will show few to no evidence of wear, with only very few scars or stains and no cracks present. One would look at a phone like this and say “its owner really liked this stuff” or “this phone is almost fresh.”

GRADE B+

This grade is for cell phones that are in quite a good shape, but not yet A. It’s always just a little scratch too many, or in the wrong place. Otherwise, it’s pretty clean. One would look at a phone like this and think, “Gosh it’s almost an A grade, if not for that little mark.”

GRADE B

This indicates that the handset would be in decent overall shape. The front and rear housing will display signs of wear and could have some bruises present from day to day use. You would look at a phone like this and assume that “its maker took decent care of it—or didn’t use it much.” The computer is going to be transparent or partially clear.

GRADE C

This indicates that the handset would be in an average or worn/poor cosmetic state. The front and rear housings will have marks or holes, but the screen will be intact and the working order will be complete. The housing may have several spots that are rusty from wear (such as a case) to the point of paint coming from the corners. Quite certainly, the screen would have a lot of hairline marks and several bruises.
